Meet our Fall 2026 Intern!
Meet our International Programs intern Landeline Bogliolo, a communications student at San Francisco State University with aspirations for graduate study in international relations.
Born and raised in Italy, Landy moved to the United States at age 14. Moving to a new country, learning a new language, and adapting to a different culture was one of the biggest adventures of her life so far — an experience that undoubtedly deepened her interest in international relations and global engagement in all its forms.
More recently, Landy had the opportunity to work at the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco, further solidifying her affinity for international and diplomatic work. Together, these experiences made an internship at Global Ties San Francisco a natural fit.
“I was attracted to this internship because I want to learn more about international exchange and gain more experience in the international field — an area I hope to pursue in my future career.”
Landy speaks Italian, Spanish, and English. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, trying new cuisines, watching documentaries, and spending time with the people she loves.
