Intern Spotlight: Tatyana Bonner

Tatyana Bonner, double majoring in international relations and political science with a minor in Japanese at University of the Pacific, is one of our spring 2025 International Programs interns.

While her studies focus on political attitudes and U.S. foreign policy, Tatyana recognizes the unmatched impact of cultural exchange. She experienced this firsthand while studying abroad in Hirakata, Japan, where she immersed herself in the local community and deepened her understanding of Japanese culture and foreign policy.

“During this internship, I am most looking forward to making new connections and gaining insights into the field of International Relations.”

In her free time, Tatyana enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, and discovering new music.
